Day 4:

No Bake Peanut Butter Snacks


Again I put my own twist into it, the recipe called for gramham crackers, but I was to lazy to go to the store and get them so I used grounded up vanilla wafers, which worked awesome and still made it taste great

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups vanilla wafers
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Mix butter, wafers, sugar and peanut butter in a bowl together. Make sure its mixed well.
2. Spread the batter in a pan (I used an 8 inch round toil foil pan)
3. Melt the chocolate chips and spread it on the peanut butter mixture
4. Put it in the fridge for an hour to chill
5. Take out of pan and cut it into squares (I flipped it so the chocolate was on the bottom, it seemed easier to cut that way)
6. ENJOY

Another hit with the kids and hubby!!
