Day 2 Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

DAY 2:

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Another Great recipe, kids and hubby love them!!

I did add a little bit of my own touch to it, but either way still worked out awesome

Ingredients:

2 cups peanut butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour (this is what I added, the dough just seemed to wet without it)

Steps:
1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl
2. Stir it all until everything is mixed good
3. Get your cookie sheets ready (I use the Betty Cocker liner so I just have to lay it on the tray)
4. Roll the dough into little balls, putting them on the tray. Repeat until the tray it full
5. Take the backside of a fork, criss cross imprint the peanut butter balls (they are now flat and round)
6. Stick them in the oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. (pre-heat the oven before your start

This made me 40 cookies

Another great recipe with my own little twist to it. Turning out amazing.
Although next time I will remember not to make them first thing in the morning before the kids go to school, (they can't take nut products to school, both of course wanted to take them.) This is an at home treat!!

Day 1 Home Made Fruit by the Foot

Day 1

Homemade Fruit by the Foot

The easiest recipe ever!!!

I made 70 pieces, with only 2 ingredients and it was super cheap

          Ingredients

            * 2 jars of apple sauce  ($2.00/jar)
            * 3 packs of jello  (3/$1.00)

                                                 Other items you will need

                                                        *Parchment paper
                                                        *Cookie Sheets
                                                        *Large Bowl
                                                        *Spatula

Yes you read that right, its that simple

          1. Take the bowl dumping all the apple sauce and jello powder in it and stir, (If you want to make different flavours just split the apple sauce up into equal parts)
          2. Stir it all together, making sure the jello is mixed all the way threw
          3. Put parchment paper on the cookie sheets (I used 6 cookie sheets in total)
          4. Spread the apple sauce evenly around on the parchement paper
          5. Turn the oven on to 170-200 depending on how low your oven will go.
          6. Put the cookie sheets in the oven and wait!! depending on your oven depends on how long you should keep it in there, (I personally left it in for about 4.5 hours) when the apple sauce is tacky its about done.
          7. Let it cool, than cut it into strips and roll it up for later

I've made this a few times now and these snacks don't last long at all

It's so worth the time, and so good

You can also leave the jello out of some of the apple sauce. Spread the apple sauce across the paper, and with the coloured apple sauce make designs in it than cook it, gives it a funky design and will have the kids amused.

This pin gets the approval It WORKED great!!
